    Ignite as Processor: When we process specific campaign data strictly as instructed by a Brand client, we act as a "data processor," and the Brand's own privacy policy will also apply.

      Account & Contact Data: Name, email address, and professional credentials.

      Profile & Identity Information: For Creators, this includes social media handles and niche interests. For Brands, this includes company details.

      Financial Data: Payment preferences and history of "Post Fees" or "Paid Content Fees."

    2. Google User Data Access

      When you sign in using your Google account, we may access basic profile information including your name, email address, and Google account identifier. This information is used solely for authentication and account management purposes to ensure a seamless login experience.

    3. Information from Third-Party Sources

      Social Media Platforms: With your consent, we access performance metrics (followers, engagement, and demographics) from platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to verify your reach.

  3. How We Use and Share Your Information

    We process your information based on contract fulfillment, legitimate interests, and legal compliance.

    Core Functionality: We use your data to facilitate the "Brand-Creator" connection and process payments.

    Google Data Sharing Statement: We do not sell, trade, or transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide core application functionality or when required by law.

    Marketplace Transparency: Shared Creator profile data is visible to Brands to facilitate campaign partnerships.

  4. Data Retention and Deletion

    We value the "Information Lifecycle" and do not store data longer than necessary.

    Retention Period: We retain user data only as long as necessary to provide our services and maintain platform integrity.

    Deletion Requests: Users may request the permanent deletion of their data at any time by contacting info@adsdigital.com.np.

    Processing Timeline: Upon receipt of a valid request, user data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, unless specific legal obligations or regulatory requirements necessitate further retention.
